Infrastructure investment trust, listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, that provides exposure to a globally and technologically diversified portfolio of sustainable energy infrastructure assets that support the Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”) and are essential for the global transition to net zero.

The investment objective is to generate stable returns, principally in the form of income distributions, by originating, structuring and facilitating the deployment of the Company’s capital into a diversified portfolio of global sustainable energy infrastructure, predominantly in countries that are members of the EU, OECD, OECD Key Partner countries or OECD Accession countries. 

ENRG only invests in proven technologies, which include exposure to power generation (renewable and conventional), biomass, transmission, distribution, storage, and waste-to-energy. These investments are in operational, construction or ‘ready-to-build’ assets but will not include assets that are under development or in pre-consent stage.

No investment is made in projects involving the extraction of fossil fuels or minerals.
